About Barbados
Barbados is
a truly beautiful and charismatic island located in the Caribbean.
It offers virtually year round sunshine and very agreeable
temperatures. There are two seas the calm Caribbean and the
rougher Atlantic, which are both, lined with some of the best
beaches in the world. This is an island, which abounds with exotic
locations, has a rich and varied history; it has relatively low
levels of crime, there is a huge variety of culture, sport and
activities which make Barbados a great place to live.
The island
is divided into 11 parishes each of which has its own distinct
character, and there is a fairly decent road network which connects them.
Where you decide to build a property may be determined by, how much money you
have available to purchase land and the size of the plot you would like, if
you do not already own a plot.
Many people
are now starting to look further inland due to the limited supply of land
and the huge costs of buying land near to the coast, especially the
west coast. We feel that the Bajan countryside offers great
opportunities for those seeking to build a property. With our experience and
knowledge of the island we can help you to source what is right for
you.
