Consultants are an Independent family owned business based in
Barbados. The Business is owned by Garry Winter originally from
Scotland and Tracey Winter from London who has Bajan roots.
Our business expertise lies in
arranging, organising and overseeing all the elements involved
in successfully building a residential property. We do not have
a hard sell approach or wear suits just to impress you, what you
get with us is honesty and reliability.

The Initial concept for the
idea for Awaken Paradise Property Consultants was conceived because of the
many problems and scams encountered by various family members over the
years, during the building of their houses.
Whether it was a builders
failing to turn up, or in some instances the building work was sub
standard and dangerous. In some cases you will come across unscrupulous
builders that will take your money and then become impossible to contact or
take forever to complete the project.

place great emphasis on finding out what your exact requirements are
and then putting together an action plan to meet your needs. Our
goal is to make the whole process as straightforward as possible for
you.
